The Fickle Manor is a women's clothing boutique in the Morningside/Virginia Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. Owner JJ Tomlinson started the boutique in November 2002 with the idea of offering a relaxed, no pressure atmosphere for finding that perfect look.
