My Sister's Room is a neighborhood women's bar located in the heart of Decatur, GA. First established in 1996 in Midtown, MSR was an idea thought of by Susan Musselwhite to create a women's bar with a parlour-like atmosphere as an alternative to the usual dance-themed nightclub. In 1998, MSR moved from the Midtown location to a unique historic building in downtown Decatur. Some of our special features include a huge marble patio, an outdoor stage, a beautiful hidden garden and a one of a kind Elvis shrine. The history of the building ranges from a century-old horse stable, to a theatrical playhouse, to a youth hostile and tea garden. MSR offers a variety of events and entertainment as well as the comfortable, friendly atmosphere you'd expect from your favorite neighborhood bar.
