Wrought iron fences and verdant foliage surround the brick and slate courtyard of Front Page News, providing a beautiful and relaxing setting in which to enjoy an outdoor meal or late night libations. Further enhancing this lush ambience is the tranquil Koi pond and 12-tiered trickling fountain, all set against the beautiful backdrop of the Midtown skyline. The courtyard’s other amenities include a fireplace to cozy up to on those chilly nights, as well as its own tiled Patio Bar. The crowd is mostly professionals in their 30-40s, casually dressed, here for after work drinks or girls/guys night out.

Front Page News is Midtown’s own little New Orleans, with Cajun food as the staple. It’s a perfect gathering place for groups, with a lively and upbeat atmosphere, and one of the best outdoor patios in town. Head upstairs to the tavern-like dining room decorated with dark wood and framed newspapers to be astonished at their displayed selection of hot sauce- 250 different kinds! Goes great with their hearty gumbo or po’boys. To quench the fire, get a drink from their U-shaped lounge bar, where they even offer specialty drinks like "Cajun Bloody Mary”, “Blanche Martini”, "Blue Bayou” and traditional hurricane, as well as four bottled beers from New Orleans; all served by bartenders that are both friendly and courteous.

Front Page News also has a stage for live music, which hosts jazz and blues bands for their famously popular Sunday Brunch. Another draw for their brunch is their unique "Build your own Bloody Mary" bar, with a 100-item assortment of olives, spices, mixers, and hot sauces from which to choose. It’s the ideal way to spend a lazy afternoon relaxing with friends and family. Interior entertainment includes sports coverage, juke boxes and golf video games. Note- There’s an additional Front Page News location in Little 5 Points.
