Houck's meals are prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Our steaks are cut fresh daily. Seafood is delivered fresh daily and our produce is delivered fresh daily. Why do we say "fresh" so much? Because freshness is just important an ingredient in your enjoyment of a meal as the word "Angus" is to the quality of a steak. Our menu has evolved over the years due to requests made by our patrons. One of our mainstays, the Bleu Cheese burger, is on the menu because a regular customer consistently requested bleu cheese crumbles on his hamburger and then others followed his lead. If you want something special, please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate your request. You may even find that your special meal becomes the next new menu item.
